Outside of work, Robby enjoys smoking meat and spending time with family.

Chris is passionate about building custom homes on your lot! Chris has years of experience in various areas of the industry making him the perfect person to help you build your dream home. Kaleb Mar is a CPA with leadership experience across construction, energy, and global agriculture, where he has implemented enterprise‑level financial systems, optimized cash management, led audits, and M&A initiatives. He is known for driving operational efficiency, strengthening financial controls, and delivering data‑driven insights. Kaleb enjoys officiating football, playing sports, traveling and spending time with his two young boys.

New Home Specialist, Rochelle, is passionate about helping others find their way home! She loves having unique conversations with homebuyers and connecting with her homeowners. Rochelle has over 20 years experience in the New Construction and Commercial Real Estate industry. When Rochelle isn’t in the model home, you can find her teaching aerial arts classes at her studio in Stillwater. She is a proud mother of two children and enjoys spending time with family.

Design Studio Specialist, Danielle, is incredibly passionate and talented in new home design. Creating beautiful homes and giving a spectacular customer experience through transparency and communication to our home buyers throughout the design process is her number one goal! When Danielle isn’t busy designing homes, you can find her traveling, attend sporting events (Go Vikings!) and concerts.

New Home Designer, Tim, has a deep passion for designing our homes and making sure every plan is just right. From drafting to final plans, Tim goes the extra mile to ensure each and every home plan we design is accurate and achieves the dreams of our homeowners. When Tim isn’t finalizing plans, he can usually be found spending time with his wife and daughters on the deck or on the boat fishing.

Jeff has been involved with all kinds of exciting construction opportunities including commercial, federal, civil and residential. He is passionate about communication, follow through, and building relationships with both homeowners and trades. When Jeff isn't out in the field, you can find him coaching youth sports or hanging out in his backyard with his family.

Neighborhood Builder, Joe, is most passionate about being there for his homeowners every step of the way in their build; From excavation to finish, you can rely on Joe to be there. He enjoys building relationships with both homeowners and trades by showcasing his transparency and excellent problem-solving skills. When joe isn’t in the field, you can find him golfing, fishing, and secretly enjoying doing DIY projects around the house.

Jack plays a key role in supporting our construction and development teams by assisting with permitting, surveys, and evaluating site conditions to help keep projects moving forward smoothly and efficiently. His behind-the-scenes coordination helps ensure every home starts on a strong foundation. Outside of work, Jack enjoys cheering on Wisconsin sports teams, playing video games with friends, and spending quality time with his family.

Ryan has spent almost his entire life in the residential construction industry, previously working alongside his dad and brothers on new home builds and remodels. He brings a strong dedication to quality and attention to detail to every project, supported by a degree in Construction Management and a passion for being on site each day. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and spending time at his family’s cabin in northern Wisconsin.
